Nowadays a good gin is only ever as good as the tonic that accompanies it, with a whole plethora of posh tonic water brands making us think twice about what we put with our botanical booze. One such brand is Fever-Tree, which is celebrating 10 years of top-class tonic with a national G&T tour featuring a series of pop-ups and events. A G&T ‘Safari’ will make its way to Rosylee Tea Rooms, Cane and Grain, Blue Pig and Redbank Co. on various dates, hosted by experts at Fever-Tree and giving guests a chance to taste some classics along with new gin and tonic combos. For the full calendar of Safaris click here. The celebrations then continue into April with a Fever-Tree Ultimate Gin & Tonic Bar, popping up in Manchester along with 160 gins from around the globe.
