Meet the Brewer: First Chop to take over Band on the Wall

Salford-based brewery First Chop are planning to take over Band on the Wall for the day with ‘Meet The Brewer’. Set up as a fringe event for Indy Man Beer Con, Meet The Brewer gives you the chance to discover first hand how First Chop’s award-winning beers are made and sample some of their latest brews, all vegan and gluten-free. In the space of just a few years, First Chop owner Rik Garner has gone from ale aficionado to overseeing the opening of his own brewery in Salford, capable of producing 35,000 pints per week. For their Swan Street take over, a stellar selection of pints will also be on offer from just £3, with plenty of First Chop DJs also on hand to keep you feeling top of the hops. Entry to the event is free (sign-up required) so get down early!
