Cult fitness brand, Barry’s Bootcamp, opens in Spinningfields this weekend. The studio exclusively offers it’s own workouts, widely regarded as the most effective in the world, in a red-lit, music-infused room. There is space for 45 people per session and classes run throughout the day taking in a combination of weights, running and interval training. Bonuses include complimentary towels and body products but it doesn’t come cheap with prices starting at £18 for a drop in session. The studio opens on Saturday 1 December and while there is no opening offer or discount, half the proceeds from clients booking in to classes running on the opening weekend will go to Stand Up to Cancer.
