Fans of vegan and vegetarian Indian food are in for a treat, as the Bundobust team have announced details of their long-awaited second restaurant and inaugural Bundobust Brewery which will debut at Bruntwood Works’ Grade II-listed St James’ building on Oxford Street. Due to open in May, this highly anticipated second venue will transform The Cartway – a space that was previously used as a road for horse drawn carts – into 150 cover restaurant, bar and in-house brewery. Bundobust’s new location has no shortage of vintage charm thanks to its previous incarnations as a theatre and music hall. Cut to 2020, and The Cartway will play host to Bundobust’s trademark Indian street food which visitors can enjoy under a spectacular, period glass vaulted ceiling.
