February Launch for Gary Usher’s new Elite Bistro, Kala
The much anticipated King Street restaurant from Gary Usher has got a launch month and a head chef. Taking over from the old Whistles store, Kala, the sixth restaurant in Usher’s Elite Bistro empire, will be headed up by Zhelyazko Zhelyazkov, previously of two Michelin star Moor Hall, and will apparently have a bit of a more modern vibe than Usher’s other restaurants. For more updates, Usher’s twitter feed will no doubt provide continuous coverage.
