Indian street food spot Bundobust has revealed plans to open a second Manchester restaurant complete with its own in-house brewery. This marks the fourth site in total for the ever-popular purveyors of tasty favourites Vada Pav, Okra Fries and Bundo Chaat, with their new Manchester venue set to take the brand to new levels, serving 120-140 covers across an as-yet-undisclosed 4,000 square foot site. Rumoured to be nestled alongside Seven Brothers’ Brewery in Salford, this new Bundobust will also play host to nine fermenting vessels that can churn out a whopping 28,000 pints each month. These brewing tanks will be on display at ground level, giving diners the chance to see how their beer is made while they tuck into the restaurant’s ever-growing line-up of vegetarian and vegan dishes. The venue is set to open its doors in 2020, with location details and news of its head brewer due to arrive in the coming months. Stay tuned.
