Healthy fast food restaurant and cook book brand, Leon, are mooted to open in Manchester this summer. Though listed on their website as opening in the Trafford Centre, a recent interaction on twitter (where everyone gets their news right?) with Manchester foodie bloggers @thegourmetgays they revealed their looking toward Manchester Piccadilly as a new possible site for their popular, healthy meals. With last month’s arrival of Bundobust on Piccadilly Gardens, the city centre’s range of quick, fast, quality food is on the up.
