After success in their hometown of Swinton with That Burger Place, brothers Ryan and Scott McDermott are popping up in nearby Walkden for four weeks of American inspired burgers. In a change from the norm, this local business will be inhabiting the old home of the chain restaurant Pizza Hut to serve up their signature dishes before hopefully making it a permanent move. The two most popular dishes at their Swinton location, the ‘California Dreaming burger’ and ‘Kevin Bacon fries’ will be available and they will be running a series of offers including 2-4-1 Tuesdays and a £5 lunch menu from 12-3pm. The brothers refuse to freeze their burgers to ensure they keep as fresh as possible so once they’re gone, they’re gone. Make sure you get down early.
