Lucy Sherston’s Tender Compulsions exhibition is taking over Common bar from late March. The Brighton-based illustrator brings her vibrant work up north for a run as the Northern Quarter bar’s featured artist, bringing to life her vivid and often abstract pieces crafted across wood, textiles and print. With oodles of soft colour and sunny hues, the expo launches with a free event on Thursday 23 March where there will be free drinks and matching palette of tunes by selected DJs.
