Library Live’s new family-friendly commission sees cheeky and creative Leo Lost and Frankie Found lead an expedition into storytelling, music, hula-hooping and dressing up in The Ministry of Lost & Found. By arriving and grabbing a map, families will be introduced to the story of The Ministry of Lost & Found, established 123 years ago as one of the most secretive government agencies ever devised. The library’s grand reading room becomes the perfect place for a game of hide-and-seek and an expedition in pursuit of some of the world’s best kept secrets that will turn the library into a playground for big ideas, laughter, being silly, being smart and getting busy. Suitable for ages 0-11 (and the young at heart).

Sat 23 Jun, Central Library, St. Peter’s Square, Manchester, M2 5PD, Tel: 0161 234 1983, 11am – 4pm, FREE, www.librarylive.co.uk
