Castlefield Food Festival Farmers’ markets, street food stalls, kitchen demos and live music takeover Castlefield this weekend in the area’s first food festival. Some of the city’s finest chefs, including Robert Owen Brown, will be on hand with cooking tips and tricks, and there’ll be plenty of food to try out. Big Star will be dishing up southern USA-style buttermilk chicken, while Roly Poly serve up slow roasted pork seasoned with their own special rub.
