Manchester’s premier monthly literature night, Bad Language, has proved to be one of the most popular at the Castle Hotel, celebrating its 2nd birthday this week. For the occasion, the usual format of one special guest and an open-mic section has been alter to include favourite performers from the last 24 months. The line-up of past Bad Language star turns highlights why the night has gone from strength to strength. Rodge Glass, author of Bring Me The Head of Ryan Giggs will be performing with Anneliese Mackintosh, with the pair joined by Nightjar author Claire Massey and the unique style of Not The Booker nominated Socrates Adams. Throw in the usual mix of open-mic performers and you’ve got a party to be proud of.
