Manchester Metropolitan University’s All Saints Campus has been welcoming students to its Manchester School of Art since 1838, so this year’s MA Show not only presents a diverse range of work by art, design and media postgraduates, it also marks the institution’s 180th anniversary. The MA Show will allow you the opportunity to be acquainted with the stars of the future – this year’s graduating class, who, combined, bring together the practices of fine art, illustration, photography, filmmaking, knitwear, embroidery and fashion design, ceramics, jewellery and furniture design, and architecture. You are free to explore the show’s installations, screenings and pop-up events across all three Manchester School of Art buildings: Benzie, Chatham and Grosvenor, complete with the Holden Gallery and views of All Saints Park from its historic Cavendish Street windows. There’s a sneak peek on Thursday 20 September between 5pm and 8.30pm – perfect for spotting the latest up-and-coming talent.
