There’s a free party headlined by Manchester DJs the Unabombers taking place under the railway arches at First Chop Brewing Arm this Saturday. The knees up is being held at the home of the First Chop brewery. It’s a venue that’s seen much fun over the last few years, most recently hosting after parties for the Manchester Brewery Expo and Sounds from the Other City music festival. It’s not open to the public all the time, which makes a devoted day and night here all the more exciting, and, obviously, being a working brewery, guest can enjoy the full range of First Chop beers onsite, including award-winning dark beer SIP and First Chop’s new gluten free range. Parties at First Chop are famous for great food – and Saturday’s event is no exception, showcasing fine grub from Honest Crust Pizza, Fire & Salt BBQ and more. Live acts on the bill include deep funk and soul courtesy of Jamie Joseph and I am Your Autopilot and many more. Entry is free, with donations going towards the Forever Manchester charity.

Sat 20 Jun, First Chop Brewing Arm, Unit 3, Trinity Row, Trinity Way, Salford M3 5EN. 2pm-1am, FREE, donations to Forever Manchester, www.facebook.com
