Red Bull Music Academy are hosting a free party with Academy grads Illum Sphere, Krystal Klear and T Williams, plus lectures and workshops with disco re-edit pioneer, Greg Wilson and Magnetic Man’s Artwork at Gorilla. Presented in two sections, the evening will start with the educational bits, followed by performances from the UK’s finest producers. We suspect that there may be some free Red Bull to be enjoyed too. The big idea is to launch the opening of the application process for future producers to attend the Red Bull Music Academy in Tokyo during October and November 2014. Music makers of all styles, methodologies and levels of experience are invited to apply by 18 March 2014 for a two-week academy in Japan’s capital.
