Magic of Kindfulness at Inner Space
Our first pick of free things to do in Manchester this weekend is this talk at the Inner Space Meditation & Personal Development Centre near Spinningfields. It’s covering the subject of ‘kindfulness’, a portmanteau of kindness and mindfulness – the practise of being nice to boost one’s own mental wellbeing. The talk aside, this is a great opportunity to explore this little oasis of calm in the city centre.
