Vaganza at University of Manchester
Vaganza is Manchester University’s new music ensemble, made up of a group of talented student musicians playing music composed by students and this is one of their regular concerts at the University, where visitors can see their latest work. this particular concert is part of RNCM’s New Music North West Festival, which runs until the end of the month.

SEX Launch Night at HOME
Over the next couple of months, HOME is running a host of events all around the theme of sex, kicking off with a screening of Son of the Sheik, the final film of silent era screen romancer Rudolph Valentino (pictured). Although the screening costs, the pre-screening event is free to those who book in advance and is an excellent place to see what’s been mapped out over the coming months.

Last chance to see Institution | Outstitution at International 3
This year-long exhibition at the Salford gallery closes this coming Friday. Several different artists, working across a variety of mediums, put their own spin on a drawing by the artist Jordan Alex Smith. All the contributors are recent graduates and the exhibition looks at the transition between studying art and becoming a professional artist. This is a great chance to catch these artists on the cusp of their careers.
