Free tickets: Meet Team GB ski star Menna Fitzpatrick & 1hr lift pass at Chill Factore

Chill Factore is offering winter sports fans the chance to meet Team GB’s multiple-medal winning Paralympian, Menna Fitzpatrick. She’s returning to her former training slope at Chill Factore on Tuesday 10 July to inspire the next generation. There are limited free-of-charge tickets available for this event – click here for more – and you can also enter our competition for the chance to secure four tickets for you and your friends. At the event, Menna will be sharing her get top tips, and there will be the chance to ask questions and hear Menna’s story before putting her advice into practice with a one-hour lift pass on the longest indoor real snow slope in the UK. The 20-year-old alpine skier, who won a total of four medals at the Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games earlier this year, including a Bronze, two Silvers and a Gold in the Slalom event with her guide, Jennifer Kehoe, is visually impaired and has only 5% of her vision. She learned to ski from the age of 5 by following her dad down the slopes on family holidays. Since then, she’s become the first British skier to win the overall World Cup visually impaired title in Aspen in 2016. Menna is part of the Chill Factore’s Sponsored Athlete Programme, an annual initiative which seeks to recognise the talents of young local athletes in winter sports. Menna was awarded a place on the programme in 2011; she went on to train for five years before to being selected for Team GB. 1. The prize includes complimentary tickets for up to 2 Adults and 2 children to attend the Menna Fitzpatrick meet and greet
2. Ticket includes one hour lift pass for all winners, who are required to meet minimum main slope standard in order to redeem the lift pass.
3. Offer must be redeemed on the date of the event – 10/07/18
4. Winners must arrive 30 minutes prior to the event start time to collect and change into their complimentary clothing, gloves and snow boot hire.
5. Chill Factore cannot accept liability for late arrivals and reserve the right to amend the prize package without prior notice.
6. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a participating adult.
7. Chill Factore management reserves the right to withdraw this promotion or cancel any booking that contravenes these terms at any time without any advanced warning or prior notification.
