In case you weren’t aware, it’s International Yoga Day this Friday and to celebrate The Life Centre at Great Northern are hosting a day full of free outdoor classes for all abilities. So whether you’re a seasoned yogi or someone looking to stretch out for the first time, pop down for a day at the iconic ampitheatre just off Peter Street. There’ll be world class yoga teachers from The Life Centre on hand to run back-to-back sessions or people of all ages starting as early as 7.30am. A great time for some ‘Sun Salutations’.
