Imperial War Museum North are offering families the chance to get a unique glimpse into the museum’s eye-opening stories and collections.

Throughout December, Story Seekers will allow visitors to get hands-on with real artefacts and experience the museum like never before.

Delving into the moving and fascinating tales of conflict from the First World War and Second World War right through to present day, IWM will provide family-friendly immersive discovery sessions that encourage kids to get involved and understand the lasting impact of global conflicts.


From people who braved shark-infested waters to ingenious nurses and those who built revolutionary new machines, Story Seekers will bring these stories to life and put guests at their centre.

Running from Sat 18 Dec-Thu 30 Dec, between 10am-3pm, sessions are free to attend and can be booked in advance using the button below.
