RHS Bridgewater invites budding green thumbs to hone their gardening skills with a series of introductory workshops over the coming months.
The team’s Absolute Beginners classes offer accessible, budget-friendly introductions to various aspects of gardening under the guidance of the RHS experts.
On Fri 13 Sep, Gardening Without a Garden is devoted to those without access to a ‘typical’ garden space. Whether indoors or outdoors, big or small, the team will cover essential tips and tricks for cultivating your own oasis whatever your circumstances.
For anyone wanting to get ahead on their Christmas shopping, the Grow Your Own Gift workshop on Fri 22 Nov will cover a range of topics including how to grow various bulbs for presents, making mini indoor cacti and educating on hardy herbs for a winter windowsill.
Looking ahead to the new year, Fri 24 Jan is dedicated to Low-Cost Gardening. Whether it’s making your own compost, recycling tips, smart plant choices or seed propagation, this session is all about gardening on a budget.
