Popular breakfast spot, Eggslut, is set to open in Manchester early next year, marking the brand’s first UK spot outside of London.
Eggslut Manchester will be located in Centurion House on Deansgate, opening its doors at the end of January.
Founded in LA, the viral brand ventured over to London for the first time in 2019 — since then, it has gone on to open several outposts in the capital.
As the somewhat unconventional name suggests, eggs are at the core of the menu offering, ranging from the classic bacon, egg and cheese, to newer additions like the pork romesco with crispy pork belly, romesco sauce and an over-easy egg.
Other favourites that have been on the menu since the beginning include Fairfax, a soft brioche bun loaded with soft scrambled eggs, caramelised onions, chives, cheddar and sriracha mayo and the social media hit truffle hash browns.

Joining the menu for Manchester is one of Eggslut’s newest additions: French toast sticks thick-cut brioche dipped in egg wash, fried until golden, tossed in cinnamon sugar and served with a maple custard.
Pedro Ribeiro, Eggslut’s Head of Ops, says of the opening: “Manchester has been crying out for an Eggslut for too long, and we were only too happy to make that dream a reality. The city is the perfect place to bring our kind of breakfast to a brand new area of the UK and we cannot wait to join such a fast-paced and buzzing food scene.”
Matt Pazos, Bruntwood SciTech Retail Commercial Manager says “We’re delighted to be welcoming the first Eggslut outside of London to Manchester and can’t wait for the team to crack open their doors on Deansgate. The brand has built a cult following thanks to their delicious chef driven comfort food and we know that it will fast become a go-to spot for businesses based in Centurion House as well as locals and visitors to the city”
