Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair at Old Granada Studios

From Friday until Sunday, the Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair is taking place in its new venue of the Old Granada Studios. Over 160 exhibitors have been specially selected for their areas of expertise – such as ceramics, jewellery, textiles, wood and mixed media. There will be a showcase of the best work from this year’s graduates, and also a curated exhibition of collectable pieces from some of the UK’s most popular makers. Visitors will be able to chat to the makers in person and buy or commission work directly from them. This event is recognised as one of the leading craft events in the UK. It attracts over 6000 visitors annually, and was a finalist in last year’s Northern Design Awards.
