Manchester Central Library will host three days of talks and interactive activities dedicated to sustainability this week.

Green Together kicks off on Thu 22 Feb, with talks from researchers covering a whole host of topics ranging from house insulation and fuel poverty to textile waste, plastics, and the infrastructure needed for greener cities.

Continuing over Fri 23 and Sat 24 Feb, there will be plenty of opportunities to get hands-on with climate-inspired activities and tabletop games.

Delve into topics including why soil matters, how small fibres find their way into the environment, and what the future of our electricity system will look like.

Visitors are encouraged to come along with questions for Green Together’s friendly on-site scientists and engineers. All events are free and open to all. Register for your free ticket using the button below.
