Grub brings Winter Beer Festival vibes to your home with speciality beers, street food & Zoom quiz

Missing beer festivals? So are we – but thankfully Manchester street food mainstay Grub is bringing its annual Winter Beer Festival to us this weekend with some extra special drink additions to their Grub-E-Mart web shop and a Zoom quiz with boozy prizes up for grabs.

Usually taking place each January, Winter Beer Festival showcases some of the best new beers and ciders from breweries from across the North and beyond, and is a much-needed hit of positivity to help battle the January blues. This year, the Grub team have packed their Grub-E-Mart web store with an array of bottles and cans from the likes of Mobberley Brewery, Runaway Brewery, Manchester Union Brewery and Squawk Brewery so you can enjoy the Winter Beer Festival experience from your sofa.

As if this tipple treat wasn’t good enough, they paired it with the usual array of delicious street food options that we’ve come to expect from their lockdown delivery service. On the menu this week is meaty and vegan steamed bao kits from Wallace & Sons, Neapolitan-style dishes from Igloo Pizza Kitchen, Indian street food with a twist from Tikka Chance On Me and delicious baked goods from Freda’s Place.
