Guerrilla Eats, Manchester’s grassroots street food collective returns to Salford Central this Saturday. Yes, they love to bring the icy weather with them, but the dudes behind Fire and Salt BBQ and Dirty Dogs are going from strength to strength and this weekend offers another chance to tuck in – with special guests the Wild Beer Co providing the refreshments. Running from 6pm this Saturday, there will be music and a bar, plus the majority of stalls will be indoors so you don’t have to suffer for your street food. The location is 60 New Bailey Street, Salford M3 5FS – right opposite Salford Central Station and 5-10 minutes walk from Deansgate. Snacks on offer will include:

Pork and brisket with sides from Fire and Salt BBQ Co
Burritos, nachos and chilli hot chocolate from Margo and Rita
Wood-fired pizza with a selection of toppings from Streatza
Gourmet burgers from Barnhouse Bistro made with 100% rump steak
Traditional Indian street food including samosa chaat, dosa and bel puri from Chaat Cart
Top dogging action (such as the Hot Chihuahua, pictured) from the boys at Dirty Dogs
Sweet and savoury pancakes from Pancake Corner
Salted caramel and peanut butter ice cream from national British Street Food prize-winner, Gingers Comfort Emporium
