The good times keep on rolling for the Albert Hall’s stellar run of autumn shows.
This time in our live tips we’ve gone for a unique and fittingly eccentric celebration of the Queen of Pop in the form of The Madonna Cabaret.
In a pretty dramatic contrast, we’ve also singled out stoner rock favourites, Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs. See below for more info on both shows.
A fearsome combination of acid rock and psych metal, Newcastle outfit Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs—PIGSX7 for short—take to the Albert Hall stage later this month.
With clear Black Sabbath influence, the group released their enigmatic debut LP in 2017, which clocked in at over 40 minutes long, despite only boasting three songs.
The critically-acclaimed Richard Dawson was recently announced as support on the evening, whose 2017 album, Peasant, was chosen by The Quietus as their album of the year. Also joining will be the genre-bending sounds of experimental punk outfit, Blóm.
