Comedy of the week ft Alfie Brown, Joe Wells and Lost Voice Guy

Erudite firebrand comic Alfie Brown recently moved to the North West and has decided to set up a new material shop on a Monday night at Creatures. Inviting along some of his funny pals from around the area to come try out their brand new wares in what promises to be a ‘hilarious, chaotic and sometimes explosive evening’.

Lost Voice Guy headlines an absolutely stacked lineup of talent at this week’s XS Malarkey. Toby Hadoke’s evening of the best new and established comedians has always attracted talent and huge audiences for its Tuesday night’s treats and this week is no exception. Joining the Britain’s Got Talent winner is up and coming Yorkshire smasher Jack McLean, Black Country’s finest Mikey Crump and new stuff from Edinburgh Comedy Award winner Amy Gledhill. Find a better lineup country wide this week. We’ll wait.

Critically-acclaimed comedian Joe Wells brings his new show “Daddy Autism” about fatherhood and neurodiversity. A thoughtful and thought-provoking stand-up, this is Wells third tour and most personal yet as he delves into the intricacies of being a parent on the spectrum and what means in the short and long term. A fantastic comic and writer Wells is always a delight and this new show cements that further.
