Katie Norris and Alison Spittle bring their tour shows to Fairfield Social Club and there’s new stuff at Creatures to start the week.
Katie Norris followed up her critically-acclaimed debut show ‘Farm Fatale’ by topping it with sophomore effort ‘Go West, Old Maid’ and walking away from the Edinburgh Fringe with a nomination for the prestigious Comedy Awards at the festival. Combining pin sharp stand-up with incredible musical numbers, Norris is on her way to national treasure status.
Another Edinburgh smash, Alison Spittle’s treatise on size comes to Manchester after being awarded the Comedian’s Choice as Best Show at the Fringe last year. Emotional, hilarious and filled with Spittle’s trademark verve for life, this is her best show to date and needs to be seen by as big an audience as possible.
