Christopher Hall brings his tour show to The Lowry, there’s a big birthday bash at XS Malarkey and Lauren Pattison heads to Fierce Bar for a Slumber Party.
As you would expect, XS Malarkey’s big birthday bash has already sold out (sorry for the tease!), but you should definitely join the waiting list. Celebrating its 27th year in operation and still the best independently run comedy night in the country, Toby Hadoke and the XS Malarkey team deserve your support year round. No doubt this special event will be stocked full of award winners and arena fillers, but they all started somewhere. And it was usually at XS Malarkey where they found their feet.
Grab your sleeping bag and leave your cares at the door as Charlotte Cropper invites friends and wellwishers to her attic bedroom at Fierce Bar for a monthly Slumber Party. Arguably the most fun night of comedy in Manchester, Cropper will be joined this month by Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee Lauren Pattison and rising star Bella Hull as well as the usual slot from her co-host Beth Moore discussing cult classic films. This evening marks one year of Slumber Parties so if you haven’t been yet it’s worth getting your jammies on for.

If you’ve been on Tiktok in the last few years at all, odds are you’re familiar with the works of Christopher Hall, whether it be as a backing singer to the likes of Shania Twain, or his nonchalance as a neighbourhood cat. On his debut tour, the social media sensation tells of his life, as a ‘boy who’s a bit girly really’. Hall mines pop culture for his sense of self and what makes him tick in hilarious fashion.
