Ed Night brings his tour to Lowry, John Tothill is in town for a slumber party, and Laura Davis joins Rosco McClelland for a double WIP at XS.
Effervescent comic Charlotte Cropper is back at Fairfield Social Club for another Slumber Party, and this time she’s invited a teacher! Well, a former teacher, John Tothill who will be aptly joining Cropper’s crew for a “Year 6 Leavers Disco Special”. Nobody commits to a themed evening quite like Slumber Party, so expect a leavers’ assembly song, signing your new BFFs shirt and having a cry in the bathroom because nobody will dance. Consistently, the most fun comedy night in the city.
Ed Night is quite simply the best of a new brand of young male comedians in the UK. Thoughtful and at times devastating in his honesty, Night’s insightful comedy belies his young years. This will be his fifth show in just under 10 years of performing, and he’s only getting stronger. Get down on a Sunday to see a future star.

XS Malarkey continues its peerless program of work in progresses with another belting double bill. This time the team are globetrotting with Scottish Comedian of the Year Rosco McClelland and Australian award-winning stand-up Laura Davis. The two present shows with titles that match quite nicely, as Rosco’s How Could Hell Be Any Worse? followed by Laura’s Despair Is Beneath Us. A one-two punch and no mistake.
