Award-winning comedian, writer and musician Andrew O’Neill is perhaps best known in this city as an MC for Group Therapy where he has corralled the masses excellently with his sharp wit and alternative style. Here he joins Harriet Dyer’s open and inclusive mental health comedy night Barking Tales at the Zombie Shack for what will no doubt be a deep dive on his own psyche.
Comedy takes over the Prestwich Liberal Club for a night of mirth to polish off the week this Sunday. Phoenix Nights’ Archie Kelly is your headliner with a slew of up and coming Northern comics on the bill as warm ups. Edy Hurst and Jack Gleadow are just back from honing their skills at the Fringe, whilst Chris Copestake is the host of The Comedian’s Football Podcast. Four top comics for a fiver, not a bad deal.
