Promising to play all the best bass and garage bangers throughout the evening, this event is sure to keep you bopping about into the early hours.
Get yourself over to Levenshulme’s Station South this Friday for The Platform Social, where you can enjoy a carefully curated roster of selectors playing a genre-hopping mix of tracks to get you ready for the weekend ahead.
The DJs on rotation include the likes of; Tracks, Fuego Balear, Supernature Disco, Sprechen Music, Levy Downlow DJs, DJ LN & Miss Q and Plant Shop (Emma Nosurak) and they’ll be playing the grooviest disco, jazz, funk soul and just about anything else that’ll get those toes tapping.
Young artist, Luis Beckett, will be launching an exciting opening night exhibition at The Talleyrand this Friday, showcasing a series of paintings on canvas alongside a bunch of ‘functionally dysfunctional’ sculptures.
Luis has been working on the capsule collection for the past few years now so be sure to grab a drink, see some art check out the culmination of his efforts after all this time while showing your support for the local creative scene.

LOWD is set to bring their revolutionary sound system to the South Warehouse for a cracking debut show featuring Chimpo, Jenna G, Fox, Black Josh, Chunky and J.Chambers.
All about platforming cultural resistance, bringing in-house selectors and local communities together through bass culture while mixing heavyweight sounds with some incredible visuals – this event is definitely not one to be missed.
