This event at Oldham Library is run by the Lifelong Learning Centre and offers the chance to watch demonstrations in a wide variety of crafts in the morning and then take part in one in the afternoon. Workshops on offer include aromatherapy, sewing and flower arranging.

To celebrate Bong Joon-ho’s twentieth year of directing – and his latest film Parasite winning Best Picture at the Oscars this year – Above The Line are hosting a screening of two of his earlier films. Snowpiercer (2013) and The Host (2006) are both classic genre-bending masterpieces from the Korean director, speaking to class disparity through various innovative mediums and plots.
