Advocates of Om chanting claim it is the universal sound of creation and the world’s purest vibration renowned for its healing powers. This ancient form of chanting has recently regained popularity with participants claiming it enhances their physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. If you’d like to support Mother Earth and help purify the environment by transforming negative energy into positivity come along an join the Om chanting circle which gathers every Saturday from 3-4pm at Friends’ Meeting house.

Every Thursday at 6pm the upper gallery of Chapter One Books is transformed into a delightful Buddhist shrine. Everyone is welcome to join in the hour long guide’s meditation followed by a group discussion. No booking is necessary, sessions are free and as Chapter One is famed for serving the most divine coffee and cakes; you can feed your stomach as well as your soul.
