Toronto-based music festival and show series Venus Fest goes virtual for 2020. Founded in 2017 – the not-for-profit event celebrates underrepresented voices in the scene, and this year the theme is The Future of Music. Taking place via their Youtube channel and official Facebook page, for us in the UK, performances will be happening from 1am on Friday 2 and Saturday 3 October. Blending live recorded music sets with custom visual video featured performers include Lido Pimienta, Hand Habits, Ansley Simpson, U.S. Girls, Black Belt Eagle Scout, Wild Black, and Ceréna Sierra.
