Here’s our pick of the best club nights for April, with the bonus of the first bank holiday of the year.

Calibre, Henzo, Clemency | The Loft | Fri 4 Apr | £22.50

This April sees drum’n’bass venture to The Loft. Expect plenty of liquid from Irish veteran Calibre, as well as bass explorations across the board from two of Manchester’s finest DJ/producers on support, Henzo and Clemency.

Unit 1, New Street, M40 8AW
Kylie Goes Berghain, colecta, Rhod Parry | Yes | Sat 12 Apr | £10.40

After selling out its two debut parties, Kylie Goes Berghain returns to the Yes Pink Room with another full headline set of Kylie edits all made in-house – from electro to breaks and even UKG — it’s an unlikely pairing made in heaven. Support comes from Open to Close founder Rhod Parry and colecta, hot off the back of her debut party at Soup with Low End Activist.

38 Charles Street Manchester, M1 7BD, United Kingdom
DjRUM + LCY | The White Hotel | Sun 20 Apr | £22.10

With a highly anticipated album 2 out on Fri 25 Apr, this extended set from DjRUM couldn’t come at a better time – Easter Sunday has late one written all over it. His set for fabric on London Bridge during the pandemic shone a light on his inimitable turntablism – so it’s no wonder that another DJ from that event is on the lineup, SZNS7N label owner and fringe bass pioneer, LCY.

Dickinson Street, M3 7LW
Zenker Brothers & Darwin | Hidden | Sun 20 Apr 3-9pm | £25.90

This Easter Sunday day party sees Ilian Tape duo, Zenker Brothers headlining alongside Hidden resident Syntax and Left, Right and Centre founder, Korzi. Last but by no means least is Berlin-based Darwin, known for her refreshingly modern take on dubstep, breaks and drum’n’bass.

17 DownTex Mill, Mary Street, M3 1DZ
HAAi | The Loft | Sat 26 Apr | £14

Australian techno beast, HAAi plays all night long at the Loft this April, where her expansive psychedelic sound will appreciate a chance to stretch its legs. She’s shown off a bunch of new bow strings of late – a new live show, a Kylie remix, and a bunch of tracks which saw her singing for the first time including on her acclaimed album Baby, We’re Ascending.
