Lucy Pearman is at XS Malarkey, Eddy Hare brings his debut tour show to GRUB and Daliso Chaponda headlines the Didsbury Comedy Club.
Eddy Hare and comedy partner Will Rowlands smashed the 2022 Fringe with their low-key musical double act Crizards and a show about longing to be cowboys. Now, Hare will be taking his debut show about being an Uncle (and more!) on the road for more hilarious and understated stories in This One’s On Me. A favourite from last year’s festival, this is a chance to see one of the most exciting young comics on the scene in intimate surrounds.
Looking for something to laugh at as the week draws to a close? Then get thee to Didsbury for a staggeringly good lineup at St Catherine’s Community Centre in the leafy suburb this Sunday. Britain’s Got Talent finalist Daliso Chaponda will be headlining, and there’s more than able support from Sully Sullivan and Nina Gilligan is on MC duties. A perfect Sunday evening treat.

Wonderful clown (and BAFTA-nominated comedian) Lucy Pearman will be taking over XS Malarkey on Tuesday night and is the perfect remedy for any blues you might feel on the second day of the working week. Bizarre and hilarious in equal amounts, Pearman is a sometimes unnerving delight that you can’t help but get on board with. Joining Pearman (and host Toby Hadoke) this week will be Eleri Morgan, Adam Evans and Jacky Boy.
