Now Wave give us something ‘New for 2022’ with their series of Mood Swings shows running from Thu 27 to Sun 30 January this week at YES. Showcasing some of the best new music around, there will be performances from Loose Articles, Freak Slug, Wet Leg and more! Taking place in both the Pink Room and Basement spaces – tickets are priced at £5.60 (inc. booking fee) per show with doors from 7pm each night. We’ve detailed the line up for you below..

Get down to Night & Day Café this Fri 28 Jan as International Teachers of Pop headline the iconic Oldham Street venue. The ‘Outsider Electronic Pop Group’—brought to you by Adrian & Dean (Moonlandingz / Eccentronic Research Council) along with singers Leonore Wheatley from The Soundcarriers (Ghost Box) & Katie Mason—will be joined by some special guests. Doors from 8pm.

We Are Manchester return to Aatma for their January showcase this Sat 29 Jan from 7pm. The line-up includes new wave punk rock quintet Chicken Man & The Bad Eggs as headliners, plus Hunter & The Wolves and Horsemeat.
