Kicking off our week, get down to Night & Day this Mon 9 May for Drivetime with young Fallowfield six-piece Drivers. Having recently played a sold-out debut show at The Castle Hotel, the band use guitars, saxophone and violin to create a unique mix of noise, experimental, and progressive rock. Something a little different this Wed 11 May at Didsbury venue The Art of Tea—Soundseeing is an evening of music drawing brought to you by Lili Holland-Fricke and BOTHY. Imagine a life drawing class, but instead of sketching people you’re visualising sounds. Musicians Rory A. Green and Eleanor Colee will be performing and simple materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own too!
