Ad Hoc Records’ latest signee, leoleoleo brings in the launch of his debut EP with a launch party to celebrate the release of the balearic bangers just in time for summer. He’s joined by Manzana founder, Trav and one of Manchester’s most exciting new names, Aisling. They’re joined by Ad Hoc founder, Dave, from 7pm til 12am down at new Deansgate Mews event space, Low Four Studio.
Hidden Spheres latest Rhythm Section release is a 5-track EP packed with bonafide bangers with summer 2k22 written all over them. He’s back in his hometown for a headline show down at YES alongside fellow Manc, Jade Li and Liverpool’s Clara B.
SNO is becoming a household name in Manchester and her name is becoming an increasingly familiar sight on lineups. But her DJ sets are taking her further and further afield, such as festival sets in Bulgaria and Albania. She’s hitting the Old Abbey Taphouse for an all-day, all vinyl set with MC Kwasi on the 1s and 2s on sunny Sunday at the end of May. There’ll also be a BBQ to keep you going.
With the reopening of Progress Centre comes the announcement of some killer day parties, including this collab’ between Amsterdam’s VBX and much-loved locals You&Me. They team up for a double-header—first up a quintuple booking day party followed by an after party at Joshua Brooks, line up TBA. With a day and night ticket only £19, this has bang for your buck written all over it.

Following their Phil Asher tribute party back in February, Community are back at SOUP, this time with London based selector Zakia, known for her long-running NTS show and occasional BBC Radio 6 slots. She’s joined by Manchester veteran Irfan Rainy. Community will be celebrating their 15th birthday, making it one of the longest-running club-nights in the city.
