The pair will produce a fully vegan food and beer pairing menu to mark the occasion, which will be hosted at Escape to Freight Island.
Six specially curated fresh Vietnamese dishes will sit alongside expertly chosen pours from Pomona, who comfortably hold a reputation as not just one of the best breweries in Manchester, but all across the UK.
Expect six courses that span Spring Rolls, Hot & Sour Soup, Steam Bao Bun, Pad Thai Tofu, Vietnamese Curry Tofu and a surprise dessert to be announced on the day.
Drink pairings include Factotum, a pale ale; Discotheque a Go-Go, a double dry-hopped pale ale with Zappa, Mosaic, Simcoe, Vic Secret; Pomona lager; Stacks of Green Paper, a strawberry and raspberry sour with grains of paradise and Boogie chillen’, a double dry-hopped IPA with Citra, Idaho 7, Sorachi Ace and Galaxy.
