Summer is fast approaching – which means a wealth of festivals and outdoor events are on their way too. One such hot ticket is the return of Summer Beer Thing at Sadler’s Yard, Manchester’s hidden sun-trap space located a stone’s throw away from Victoria Railway Station. This celebration of the North West’s best brewers is the brainchild of the folks behind Indy Man Beer Con, Port Street Beer House and The Pilcrow Pub and promises to bring over 600 different beers across its third birthday weekend in late June. The bright and breezy outdoor space at Sadler’s Yard has proved to be the perfect spot for this popular event, with its focus remaining on freshness and helping punters find the perfect summer pairings – from pale ales and IPAs to stouts and lagers. Cocktails will also be on offer throughout the three-day drink-a-thon, alongside a selection of street food from the region’s best vendors. Tickets for Summer Beer Thing 2020’s five sessions are on sale now, starting at just £6 (plus £1 booking fee).
