The Zouk set menus range from £25pp to £45pp – served as a banquet style with sharing platters. Northern Quarter posh kebab specialists Bab offer a Thursday to Sunday set menu consisting of two courses for £18.95. Plates include beetroot hummus, crispy chicken wings, lamb meatballs and falafel, along with a range of the team’s signature pimped-up kebabs.
This & That’s famous rice and three for £6 is the stuff of Mancunian legend. There are always vegetarian and vegan options to ensure there is something for everyone, and the menu changes daily, so you’ve got plenty of reasons to keep coming back.
Bunny Jackson’s is a dive bar with chicken wings ranging from 25p to 55p. The vegetarian cauliflower wings are £6 per portion and there are more vegetarian options – like jalapeno poppers and seasoned fries – on the bar snack menu. Food is served from 12pm everyday until 10pm. For £30pp, 12pm – 5pm seven days a week, the bottomless bunny’s offer includes bottomless wings and fries with a house lager, frozen cocktails and Lambrini.
Wolf at the Door offers £1 tacos and bao when ordering a drink – soft drinks start from £2.50 with alcohol from £5. Food is served 12pm – 10pm seven days a week. £1 taco options include margherita pizza and chicken caesar to a chippy tea and vegan notdog bao. The selection of draught beer is updated each week from independent suppliers and a variety of wines from white, red and orange.
All day Monday to Friday, Banyan boasts a dine for £9.99 offer. This includes a Korean fried chicken burger, onion bhaji wrap and beef burger. Upgrade to two courses – any starter or dessert from the main menu – for £13.99.
Open 5pm – 10pm, join the weekday club for 50% off mains Monday to Wednesday and during happy hours (Sunday – Friday until 8pm and Saturday 12pm – 6pm). Showcasing South African cusine is the NQ, there’s lots to choose from, highlights include the chicken sosatie, the vegetarian mezze board and a jaffa cake cocktail.
20 Stories rooftop terrace serves up some of Manchester’s best views and an extensive cocktail list. The pre-theatre menu, served Monday to Thursday 5.30pm – 6.30pm, is available for up to six guests – with 3 courses for £35pp.

The multi-award-winning Asha’s offers a range of vegetarian and meat dishes across the pre-theatre menu which delivers three courses for £28 Monday to Thursday 5pm – 8pm. Starters include a vegetarian platter and speciality meat platter, with mains like butter chicken, rogan josh, paneer jalfrezi and gulub jamun or rasmalai for dessert. This deal is also served Friday afternoon 1pm – 5pm with a complimentary lager.
