Tips For A Safe Bonfire Night

We all love to watch the fireworks on Bonfire Night – but there are a few things worth considering before attending these events to ensure they’re as fun – and safe – as possible. Here’s our tips:

  • Personal fireworks including sparklers are banned from most events.
  • Dogs are safer left at home and many events won’t allow dogs.
  • Bags may be searched for reasons of security.
  • Dress warmly and wear waterproof clothing.
  • Arrive around an hour before the bonfire is lit.
  • Some venues do not permit alcohol or allow you take your own food.
  • Bring a torch.
