In doing so, the cookery school seeks to enthuse, encourage, and teach the local community how to source and cook affordable, healthy and tasty food all from scratch, whilst minimising food waste and our environmental impact.

Whether you go for Chinese street food, Vietnamese banquets, West African cuisine or a gluten-free ‘Flour Power’ session—you’ll be happy to know that Cracking Good Food teaches just about every single cuisine imaginable.

Cook alongside your local community and discover a brand-new cuisine all while helping support the fight for food security across Greater Manchester.
