Here are some of the best graduation set menus around the city, in honour of Manchester’s newly minted alumni.

For dessert, Zouk presents an adorable chocolate fondant mortarboard for graduate guests, topped with dark chocolate, a rainbow ribbon sweet and a Smartie button for just an additional fiver on top of the set menu.

For an extra £12 each, guests can indulge in the Lobster Graduation Platter – a high-end seafood banquet which includes Lobster Thermador, Spicy Salmon Pakoras, Dynamite Shrimp and Crispy Calamari.
