Soup Kitchen and The White Hotel are still keeping their lips sealed about their post-June 21 events – but there’s still plenty of great stuff getting announced. Here’s five of the best Manchester club nights that we’ve spotted over the past few weeks…

Levelz | Mint Lounge | Mon 21 June | £12.50

Grab a ticket for the most Manchester reunion possible with Skittles, Metrodome and the gang down at their usual haunt, Mint Lounge. Levelz parties were hype enough pre-pandemic – so this one will probably be one to tell the grand-kids about.

46-50 Oldham Street, Northern Quarter, Manchester, M4 1LE
Dan Shake, Secretsundaze, Mafalda | Square One | Sat 3 July | £20

This day party down at new outdoor venue, Square One, runs from 2pm until 11pm and is hosted by disco and house promoters La Discotheque. Eclectic selector, Mafalda is joined by longtime party-starters Secretsundaze and the energetic Dan Shake. Explore more Square One events here.

Cakebread Street Manchester, M12 6HF
Dr Banana, Interplanetary Criminal & more | Hidden | Fri 9 July | £20

UKG’s revival really has reached fever pitch in the last year or so and we expect we’re gonna be hearing a lot post-pandemic. Headlining are two stalwarts of the scene playing back to back, in the shape of the Dr Banana label and Interplanetary Criminal. Oneman b2b Jossy Mitsu b2b Eliza Rose will also be pullin’ rewinds.

16-18 Mary Street, Cheetham Hill, M3 1NH
FYI Chris & Simba | The Eagle Inn | Sat 28 Aug | £10

FYI Chris’ album of last year made serious waves and took them from exciting upstarts to gems of the scene. Their laid-back approach saw them playing Connect-4 on their recent Mixmag set. Expect similar scenes down at the Eagle Inn on Bank Holiday weekend from 10pm until 3am.

4A South King Street, Manchester, M2 6DQ
DJ Q (UKG set) | Hidden | Fri 24 Sep | £10

Bassline and garage dominator DJ Q is famed for his power-hour sets, particularly of late alongside Royal T and Flava D as TQD. This special UKG set is an exclusive, extended edition, alongside another Manchester debut from Soul Mass Transit System and THTGRL. T-man is on MC duties for promoters Ghosts of Garage. Freshers week goodness.
