The second course offers guests a choice of seasonal chargrilled asparagus with panko crumbed egg, shiso hollandaise, drunken rice with white miso and sake, smoked mooli, black truffle and nori, or KAJI fried oysters.
For the main event, the chef’s wildly popular roast dinner comes with a flame-cooked sirloin of prime cut beef, ox cheek stuffed Yorkshire puddings and wagyu fat roast potatoes, with alternatives including cod loin with champagne miso sauce or KAJI fried chicken with togarashi potato tots.
Finally, guests can sample yuzu baked custard tart, smoked dark chocolate mousse or medjool date sticky toffee pudding with miso caramel for dessert.
