Alabama's All American Eatery

The American inspired dinner is no stranger to the pancake game. Each “sweet stack” comes with three buttermilk pancakes with a choice of topping; berries ‘n’ cream, banoffee, peanut butter and chocolate or bacon and maple syrup. All decadent and all worth trying on Shrove Tuesday.

All you can eat Pancakes at Wilson Social

Over at Wilson Social in the Northern Quarter, hungry visitors can treat themselves to all-you-can eat pancakes starting at just £4, with every additional two pancakes setting you back just £1. When it comes to toppings, these guys aren’t messing around with their blueberry compote and frosting or popcorn chicken and bacon, drizzled in maple syrup. The offer is available from breakfast until close on Tuesday February 25.

Indian street food dosa pancakes at Bundobust

If you’re after a slightly different take on the typical Shrove Tuesday offering, get yourself to Bundobust. This popular Indian street food spot has whipped up a light dosa pancake made from rice flour and free from gluten. They’ll have two toppings available, one flavoured with mango and one with rose, each topped with a traditional hung sweetened yoghurt with cardamom and garnished with mango ras, pistachio and fresh pomegranate.
